I created this blog to help the average or beginner shooter improve at gun handling and competition. I will mainly focus on IDPA, USPSA, and trapshooting.

I first fired a shotgun at age 8. I’ve hunted and fished since then, and was reloading ammo for everything by 15 yrs old. I shot my first USPSA match in 2000 and then joined IDPA. I mainly shoot IDPA now, and I made master in SSP by 2012.

With the limited funds I’ve had, the slow road was my choice. Many people really train hard and can reach the top 10% quickly. And most of it is free by dry firing. I learned that too late.

Whether you chose the slow or the fast route, don’t waste time. That is why I’m here.
