Rip It-lose the tension

So, assuming you’ve dryfired and practiced a while and can shoot safely, try this drill.

Put up a target and step off 3 paces. Draw and rip off 6 shots as fast as you can. Look at the target, the sights, or shoot by feel, I don’t care. It doesn’t matter. Work towards putting the shots in the center. Relax and be aware of everything happening.

If you have a miss, so what? Keep shooting the drill. The idea is to get you comfortable running at high speed. And at this close range, you’ll be in the center quicker than you think.

So have some fun, and hose a little bit at practice once in a while.
